W-Soccer: Golden Eagles Drop N4C Opener at Madison
In a hard fought battle between #7 Rock Valley College and Madison College, the WolfPack came away victorious over the Golden Eagles 1-0 in Madison.
"It was a great match," stated Head Women's Soccer Coach
Carrie Barker. "It was highly competitive from start until finish. Madison did a really nice job. They found the back of the net while we did not, and that is just the nature of the game sometimes. I am still proud of our effort and execution."
Peyton Trapino scored the lone goal for Madison in the 78th minute.

The Golden Eagles (1-1, 0-1 in N4C) travel to Palatine, IL to take on Harper College on Friday, September 1st. Match time is set for 4 PM.
