Rockford, IL: The Golden Eagles pick up another win over College of DuPage 106-45, with that win Rock Valley currently in the last 16 match-ups against DuPage has not lost a single contest. Rock Valley improves to 17-6 on the season and is currently ranked 15^th in the latest NJCAA women's basketball DII poll.

The Golden Eagles would jump out to an early lead in the first quarter kick started with a 24-2 run. "We got out and played our brand of basketball which is getting out in transition and scoring and getting right into our defense" Stated Head Coach Darryl Watkins

The Golden Eagles pace seemed to be the doom of DuPage. RVC would force DuPage into 25 turnovers which led to 28 points. The Golden Eagles also owned the paint and boards out rebounding the Chaparrals 66-39. With that big rebound margin RVC would earn 48 points in the paint with 29 of those coming from second chance. "Last night's game was good for use to really focus on the little things and doing them the right way." Stated Watkins

Karley Colson would lead the Golden Eagles with 19 points. Also hitting double figures against College of DuPage would be 5 other Golden Eagles McKenna Williams with 14 points 10 rebounds, Camron Blank with 13 points, 9 rebounds, Nevaeh Hughes 13 points 6 rebounds, Elli Teubert 11 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assist, and Carly LaMay would round out double digit scorers with a near triple double 11 points, 8 rebounds, 8 assist. Missing double figures nearly for RVC would be Emily Rich with 8 points and Bre'Najah Davis with 8 points 9 rebounds.
