Rockford, IL- #3 RVC Women's Basketball comes away with its sixth straight win Wednesday night 96-35 over College of DuPage. The Golden Eagles improve to 16-6 overall and (6-0) in N4C.
The Golden Eagles dominated the game on Wednesday evening from start to finish against the Chaparrals. "We came out with big energy right from the start. Our defensive intensity set the tone for the game early and we never looked back." Stated Watkins.
The Golden Eagles would control every facet of the game. "Our ladies were dialed in from start to finish in this game. We controlled the rebounding battle, we put together 71 defensive stops while forcing 41 turnovers while only giving the ball away 10 times our self, we recorded 21 assist on 39 field goal makes." Stated Watkins "Everyone contributed in this commanding win."
