M-Soccer: Golden Eagles Fall at Madison
In a game that had to be restarted from last Wednesday evening due to inclement weather, the Golden Eagles lost 4-1 at Madison College. Rock Valley College Men's Soccer is now 6-3-1 overall, and 3-3-1 in N4C play.
"Madison really came out with something to prove," stated Head Men's Soccer Coach
Frank Horvat. "My guys did not back down, but we came up short in our execution."
Madison took a 2-0 lead into halftime. They also scored the first goal of the second half to stretch their lead to 3-0. RVC's
John Garza II scored the lone Golden Eagle goal.
