W-Soccer: #4 RVC Makes It Six Straight Wins
#4 Rock Valley College continued their red-hot start to their 2016 season, beating Harper College 5-0. The Golden Eagles improved to 6-0 overall, and 4-0 in the N4C.
"Not sure what it is about us," said Head Women's Soccer Coach
Carrie Barker in regards to strong second half play. "In three of our last four matches, all of our scoring has occurred in the second half. One thing that is encouraging, though, is that our girls are very close and stay together when scoring has been hard to come by at times."
Kenzie Theien pulled off the hat trick for the Golden Eagles, scoring 3 goals in the contest.
Lauren Beed and
Brianna Perez each contributed a goal as well.
