Coach Ingram continues to develop RVC's pitchers at a very high rate! The pithing stafff here at RVC continues to be at one of the top of many categories nationally.
Coach Ingram continues to produce top arms on the national level. Ethan Storm was committed to the University of Oklahoma, but was drafted in the MLB draft in the 13th round by the Tampa Bay Rays. Coach Ingram is moving on 12 pitchers to all levels along with three going Division 1, five going Divsion 2, three NAIA. Ingram continues to develop arms at the highest of levels continuing to keep the pitching staff a tops in the country. The RVC Golden Eagle pitching staff put up a 1.40 WHIP on the mound that led to 42 wins.
After the 2024 campaign, Coach Ingram set new heights for the pitching staff. His guidance of Griffin Smith (All-American and Washington State University Commit) went 11-0 on the year. The team finished 9th in the country with a 3.81 ERA, 10.42 K/9 inning which landed the staff number 11th overall. "His knowledge and skill set of developing pitchers is elite"; Coach Herren comments. Coach Ingram has helped send many of the arms onto high level summer ball in the Northwoods League, Prospect League, and other placement all over the country.
Tyler Ingram finished his playing career at Division 1 University of Illinois Chicago. Coach Ingram will work primarily with the pitching staff. He will assist in other areas as well along with help with academics, summer placement, and helping move players onto the 4 year level. "Coach Ingram will be great continuing to push and develop a strong pitching staff" Coach Herren mentions. Prior to going to UIC, Tyler Ingram played one season here at Rock Valley College coming out of the state of Texas.
