Brooke Trousdale joined the Rock Valley College men's soccer program as an assistant coach in 2025.
Trousdale brings a diverse coaching background to the Golden Eagles, having worked at the high school, club, and youth levels. Prior to arriving at Rock Valley, she served as the Youth Director for Rochester Soccer Club in Michigan, was an assistant coach for the girls' varsity program at Shepard High School, and has continued her club coaching career with Shadow Premier FC.
"We're excited to welcome Brooke to the staff," said head coach Tim Romanello. "She brings tremendous energy, organization, and a genuine passion for player development. Her experience working with athletes at multiple levels and her commitment to helping young people grow on and off the field make her a valuable addition to our program."
Trousdale earned her degree in Sport Management from Central Michigan University with a minor in Athletic Coaching. Throughout her coaching career, she has developed a reputation for building strong relationships with players while creating positive, competitive learning environments.

"Rock Valley has established a culture of excellence that extends throughout the athletic department, and it's exciting to be part of a program that is committed to developing student-athletes both on the field and in the classroom. I'm looking forward to contributing to the continued success of the men's soccer program and helping our players reach their full potential."
A native of Clawson, Trousdale has spent much of her coaching career in Michigan and is excited to continue impacting student-athletes at the collegiate level with the Golden Eagles.
