Rogers completes her 3rd season with the Golden Eagles in 2025-2026. Compiling a 83-22 overall record while assisting RVC to 2 Region 4 and Midwest Titles along with 2 NJCAA DII National Tournament appearances. Rock Valley would finish the 2025-26 year 23-10 falling in the Region 4 Midwest District B championship game.

Rogers second season would see Rock Valley would go 26-10 on the year winning the Region 4 and Midwest District A Championship. The Golden Eagles would punch their ticket for the National tournament and eventually make a Sweet Sixteen appearance. The Golden Eagles would finish the year as the 23red ranked team in the country.

Rogers completes her first season with the Golden Eagles in 2023-24 season. During the year Rock Valley would complete the first undefeated regular season in program history at 30-0. The Golden Eagles would go on to win the NJCAA Region 4 DII District B Championship advancing to the NJCAA DII Women’s Basketball National tournament for the first time in program history. Rock Valley would make an appearance in the elite eight game before losing to the future 3rd place finisher Mesa Thunderbirds.

Rock Valley would complete the year going 34-0 and continued to be leaders in pretty much every statistical category in the nation. Rock Valley College’s fast-paced offense eclipsed 100 points scored in a game 6 times in the 2023-24 season alone. RVC  has scored 80-or-more points 68 times over the last four seasons. The Golden Eagles set a few records this past season as well with most wins in a season (34), highest win percentage in program history (.944), most points scored in a single game (137) vs Kishwaukee College, and largest margin of victory (100 points) vs Kishwaukee College.
