Ryan Wilwers is deemed the new pitching coach here at Rock Valley College. He brings a wealth of knowledge with a hands on approach. Coach Wilwers started his collegiate career here at Rock Valley College and finished up playing at Ottawa University appearing in the NAIA Collegiate World Series. Wilwers also played summer collegiately in the Northwoods with Battle Creek BattleJacks out of Michigan.
Coach Wilwers spent the summer of 2025 in the Northwoods League coaching with the Rockford Rivets. The Northwoods league is one of the premier summer collegiate leagues in the country. His knowledge of using technology and teaching from experiences is huge for the program. He has a passion for the game and will bring that to the pitching staff.
