Brad Gyorkos is in his first season as an assistant coach for the Rock Valley College Golden Eagles. Gyorkos will work primarily with the Golden Eagle infielders and hitters.
Gyorkos was a two-year starter at second base for Rock Valley College. Following his career as a Golden Eagle he continued his academic and athletic career at Culver-Stockton College in Canton, MO and helped lead the Wildcats to an NAIA National Tournament appearance in 2013.
"We are very excited to have Brad back in our program at Rock Valley College," said head coach Kevin Vest. "He is hard working, loyal, and cares as much about our program as any player I have coached in my time here. He will be an asset to our program and our department."
Gyorkos earned a degree in sport management at Culver-Stockton and also works as a groundskeeper for the Rockford Aviators of the Frontier League.
