Aaron Cusimano is coming home to where his collegiate career started. Coach Cusimano joins the staff in the fall of 2021.
Aaron Cusimano had a solid pitching career for the Golden Eagles before moving on to the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. He pitched here at Rock Valley College for two years while garnishing All-Conference & All-Region two years in a row. He also made All-Decade Team as Starting Pitcher.
Following Rock Valley College, Coach Cusimano graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside (NCAA D2) and was named team captain in 2019-2020 & 2020-2021, while having the best ERA on the pitching staff in 2018-2019.
Coach Cusimano has coached in the summer time for very a few very strong programs for Top Tier(Chicago) in 2020 and worked at Puma Baseball Academy 2020-2021 (Kenosha, WI) Coach for Rockford Baseball Academy (Rockford, IL).
Coach Cusimano will bring his knowledge to the game and assist with the pitching staff, infield play, scouting opposing teams, assist with recruiting, weight room monitoring, and academics. “I am extremely excited to get Coach Cusimano back to RVC, he is an extremely hard worker along with a great way of explaining the game to the players,” Coach Herren commented. Aaron Cusimano knows the area well and is a proven winner on the field. He brings a wealth of knowledge and commitment to the game along with bringing his passion back to RVC where his playing career began.
