Rock Valley Men's Bowling led from start to finish to win with a 350 pin victory over Iowa Western to win the teams 5th NJCAA Men's Bowling National Championship.
 
The NJCAA National Championship at Royal Scot in Lansing, Michigan, hosted the best NJCAA bowling teams from all over the country. Rock Valley came in as the highest USBC points ranked NJCAA team and had a 433 pin lead after doubles and singles over Barton CC. Iowa Western jumped from 6th to 2nd after the first set of team games but the lead never dropped below 350 as RVC cruised to the National Championship. This is the 5th NJCAA National Championship in 8th appearance.

Rylan Voyles led the Golden Eagles finishing in 4th place individually  and was named an NJCAA All American with a total pinfall of 2529 for a 210.8 average. Clark Bonnewell finished in 6th place individually and was also named an NJCAA All American with a total pinfall of 2480 and a 206.7.

"Great teamwork is what led to our team winning the National Championship as we have 8 great bowlers," said Head Coach Tony Hall, "and there is nothing better than seeing the ones win for the 1st time and all that comes with it as we come home to all the people who support us through our long season. We had five of the top 13 bowlers in the tournament and all were in the running to be All Americas."
