The Rock Valley College Women's Volleyball team is on a hot streak following a series of dominant performances last week, showcasing their growing strength and team chemistry.
Last Wednesday, the Golden Eagles claimed a Region 4 3-0 victory against Triton College. Over the weekend, RVC hosted the annual RVC Invitational and delivered a clean sweep. The team won in straight sets against Southeastern Iowa Community College, John Wood Community College, Iowa Lakes Community College, and North Iowa Area Community College.
Head Coach Kristy Pierce praised her team's energy, determination, and steady growth. "This team has been putting in the work day in and day out, and it's showing on the court," said Coach Pierce. "Their chemistry, hustle, and heart are incredible right now. I'm so proud of how far they've come, and I'm beyond excited to see how much more we can accomplish this season!"
With a strong run of victories behind them, the Golden Eagles now turn their attention to another Region 4 matchup as they prepare to host Joliet Junior College at home on Today. Come out and support your Golden Eagle Volleyball Team as they look to continue their win streak!Â
