Rockford IL (September 24, 2023) - Women's Soccer improved to 9-2-1 on the season and 8-0 in Region IV play. That is nine straight wins for RVC setting another program record this season previously set in 2016 with 8 wins. Again 6 different players were able to contribute to the scoreline. Anika Elgin scored her fifth RVC hat trick to lead the line for the Golden Eagles. Jocelyn Harms continued her scoring streak keeping track with her teammate and tied for second in the country with 15 goals. Other scorers included Rafaella Steckbeck, Sara Holguin, Francia Hernandez, and Sydney Carlson. 

RVC will travel with the men to Joliet Junior College to take on the #7 Ranked team in DIII. Home games will be live streamed for $5 and the link can be found on Rock Valley College Women's Soccer schedule.
