September 12, 2023 - (Rockford, IL) - Women's soccer moves to (6-2-1) on the season and extending their winning streak to six straight. RVC now moves to 5-0 in Region IV play with a 5-0 win over Black Hawk College (3-1-1) Tuesday afternoon. Black Hawk defended well and held the Golden Eagles to a 2-0 lead going into the halftime. RVC put the Braves goal under pressure getting off 27 shots and drawing 14 saves from goalkeeper Jazmine Cunningham. Four different Golden Eagles found the back of the net with Rafaella Steckbeck coming close to netting her first hat trick of the season. 

The Golden Eagles will take on Oakton College at home Sunday at 4:30 pm. Home games will be live streamed for $5 and the link can be found on Rock Valley College Women's Soccer schedule.
