Sugar Grove, IL: The Golden Eagles have been on a hot streak winning 15 of their last 16 games. This past weekend saw Rock Valley go 5-1 in the Region IV crossover tournament with their only loss of the weekend coming to #3 in NJCAA DII Parkland College.

The Golden Eagles would defeat Prairie State College (3-0), Carl Sandburg (3-1), South Suburban College (3-1), Olive Harvey College (3-0) and the Golden Eagles would finish the weekend with a win against Waubonsee Community College (3-0). "This weekend we continued to take strides and develop and get better on the season Head Coach Kristy Pierce stated. We are building confidence and getting the job done in the win column."

The Golden Eagles hit the road on Friday September 30^th to play in the DMACC Tourney in Des Moines, IA where they will face off against North Iowa Area Community College NJCAA DII, #12 Des Moines Area Community College NJCAA DII, NJCAA Southeastern Community College and #6 Iowa Central Community College NJCAA DII.
