Rockford, IL: The past week the Golden Eagles faced off against #10 NJCAA DIII Joliet Junior College for the second time in four days. The Golden Eagles would battle for a 3-2 win over the Wolves on Tuesday were the Golden Eagles would celebrate the 2012 National Championship team. "We didn't play too well I think we were a little bit mentally tired from the weekend before but good teams find a way to get the job done." Stated Coach Kristy Pierce.

RVC would also go on to defeat the University of Dubuque 3-1 for their second win on the week extending their overall record to 14-7, pushing their win streak to 10 games.
The Golden Eagles as a team are 7^th in the country with 780 total assist, 11^th in the country with 792 total kills, 3^rd in the country with 207 service aces and 7^th in the country with 150 total blocks.
