Palatine, IL- #9 RVC Women's Basketball comes away with its 4^th straight victory Thursday evening 51-32 over NJCAA DIII Harper College to secure its 11^th straight N4C Regular Season Conference Championship. The Golden Eagles improve to 15-10 overall and (8-1) in N4C.

The Golden Eagles checked off one of their pre-season goals off the list. "Back before school started when we had our pre-season meeting we laid out goals for the season. Last night we completed one of those goals of being regular season conference champions in our last season competing in the N4C conference." Stated Head Coach Darryl Watkins This was a great accomplishment for the program. To rise to the top of the conference is an amazing feeling, and to do it for 11 straight years is unbelievable but a testament to the CULTURE that has been built into the program and how our kids believe in that CULTURE here year in and year out. We know as a team that this ride is far from over though seeing as we still have 3 boxes we would like to check off our goal list." Stated Watkins

The Golden Eagles saw everyone reach the box score last night, led by Camron Blank who was the only player to reach double figures with a triple double 13 points, 16 rebounds and 10 steals. Just missing double figures were Breeyona Burrell with 9 points, 9 rebounds and Natalie Hughes with 8 points, and 4 rebounds.
