Box Score The men's basketball team got out to a quick start against Kishwaukee and never looked back. The Golden Eagles built an 11pt half time lead and stretched that lead out to 27pts in the second half, on their way to a 78-56 victory. The Golden Eagles saw four different players reach double figures in scoring. Blessing Nwotite and Jason Ernest led the team in scoring by each contributing 17pts. Ernest earned his first double-double of the season by also grabbing 11 rebounds. Garrett Bertrand came off the bench and also posted a double-double with 14pts and 10rebs. Jordan Majeed was a bright spot for the Golden Eagles off the bench scoring 13pts on 6-10 shooting. The Golden Eagles shot 46% from the field on the game, while shooting a strong 51.5% in the second half. They held the Kougars of Kishwaukee to 35% shooting on the game.

The Golden Eagles are back in action next Tuesday in Crystal Lake, IL to take on McHenry County.
