Men's basketball finished last week with 2 wins and a loss. On Tuesday the Golden Eagles took down Harper College 81-43. The Golden Eagles were lead in scoring by Aleksa Markovic with 15pts and Chris Burnell with 11pts. On Thursday the men's team traveled to #5 Milwaukee Area Tech and lost a close one 75-67. Aleksa Markovic and Jackson Copley both poured in 17pts for the Golden Eagles, while Malik Marshall added 14. On Saturday the Golden Eagles took on the Eagles of Illinois Valley CC in a non-conference match up. Rock Valley would come out on top with a dominating defensive performance propelling the Golden Eagles to the 65-37 victory. Again the Golden Eagles were led by Aleksa Markovic with 21pts and 6rbs. Nick Pierson had 15pts and 5rbs in the effort.

The men's team is back in action this week against #12 Joliet JC (17-2) on Tuesday. Then they will host College of DuPage on Thursday and turn around to travel to College of DuPage on Friday.
