Box Score The men's basketball team had their four game winning streak snapped at Triton College yesterday evening. The Golden Eagles fell behind 53-24 at half time and could never get back within striking distance. The Trojans beat the Golden Eagles 90-60. "We did not play a clean game. I told the guys before the game that if we wanted to give ourselves a chance against this good team, that we needed to play a clean game. We had too many turnovers that led to fast break points and we did not play transition defense in the first half", Bredehoeft said about hte game.

The Golden Eagles had four players score in double figures. Ja'Quan Chestnut led all scores in the game with 18pts. Brayden Hennis led the team in assists (4) and rebounds (6). Charles Burnell chipped in 14pts and Nick Phillips added 13 of his own.

The men's team travels to Joliet Junior College on Saturday, January 9th for a 3:00pm tip. The Golden Eagles are now 11-8 on the season.
