W-Basketball: Wright No Match for #6 RVC
Box Score #6 Rock Valley College Women's Basketball outscored Wright 44-20 in the second half to coast to a 70-33 win. The win stretches the Golden Eagle streak to 5 games. RVC is now 13-12 overall, and 9-1 in N4C play. The win keeps RVC in 1st place in N4C play ahead of Madison (8-2) and Milwaukee Tech (8-2)
"It took us a little longer than we wanted for us to get going," said
Misty Opat, Head Women's Basketball Coach. "We made some adjustments during halftime. We have a brutal stretch of games coming up that will have major implications on our postseason seeding. We are lucky to have those games at home in a place we are very comfortable with."
