Box Score #5 Rock Valley College Women's Basketball's lone conference loss came to the hands of Milwaukee Area Technical College last month. Over the weekend, the Golden Eagles successfully got revenge by defeating the Stormers 97-63 in Rockford over the weekend. The win moves RVC to 15-12 overall, and 11-1 in N4C play. The Golden Eagles still hold first place in the conference with Madison right behind at 10-2.

"I am happy with how our ladies played today," said Misty Opat, Head Women's Basketball Coach. "We shot the basketball well (48.0% from the field, 42.1% from 3PT), and a lot of that had to do with unselfish play. We had 27 assists on 36 made field goals. Our defense sped them up, and we won the battle of the boards. As our regular season comes to a close, I hope we can carry over what has made us successful into postseason play."
