Box Score RVC Men's Basketball returned to their winning ways over the weekend with a 73-55 win over College of DuPage. The win moves the Golden Eagles to 18-2 overall, and 3-1 in the N4C.

"It was a sloppy game throughout," said Head Men's Basketball Coach Evan Lavery. "For the first 12 minutes, we were very dialed in. We moved the ball and really guarded. Then, we got content with our lead. We need to stay engaged to each play as its separate entity."

The Golden Eagles, ranked #2 overall in last week's NJCAA DIII Men's Basketball Poll, forced 30 College of DuPage turnovers. Despite a chilly shooting performance, RVC had 19 assists on its 27 made field goals. Darius Branch (Chicago, IL) led the scoring charge with 15 points. Malique Ross (Montgomery, IL) added 14 points to go along with 7 assists and 5 steals. DeMari Davis (Indianapolis, IN) recorded a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds.
