Volleyball: RVC Opens N4C Play with a Win Over Joliet
RVC Volleyball was victorious in straight sets - 25-22, 25-19, and 25-18 - over Joliet Junior College. The win marks three straight for the Golden Eagles who improve to 4-3 overall, and 1-0 in N4C play.
"We started off slow tonight. Missing two of our starters caused us to lack rhythm early on, but we were able to make some nice adjustments as the match went on," stated Head Volleyball Coach
Alyssa King. "We play a tough schedule this weekend, but I am confident the team will play with a lot of heart and determination for their teammates."
Dating back to their match against Iowa Lakes Community College, RVC has won 9 straight sets. They will compete in four matches this weekend at the Chaparral Invite in Glen Ellyn, IL.
