Volleyball: RVC Falls to Nationally Ranked McHenry
The Golden Eagles lost 3-1 to #14 NJCAA DII McHenry County College on Wednesday evening. The Golden Eagles are now 16-16 overall.
"Despite losing the match, we played quite well," said Head Volleyball Coach
Alyssa King. "We were able to take the first set, and that woke them up a little bit. With a young team, we were happy to hang with a team as tough as McHenry. We will continue to make our adjustment as grow from here."
Gabriella Fiedler led the team with 18 digs.
Mallory Hecox had 9 kills.
Danielle Pendzinski added 7 kills and 4 blocks.
