Despite trailing at the half, #5 RVC Basketball pulled out a 74-67 road victory at College of DuPage. The Golden Eagles have now extended their winning streak to 10 games while moving to 16-4 overall, and 4-0 in N4C play.

"We were flat in the first half, and COD executed their game plan well," stated Head Men's Basketball Coach Evan Lavery. "We did a poor job of getting into our offensive action, and when we did, we turned the ball over too much. To our credit, though, we buckled down the last 6-7 minutes and were able to pull out a win. I am pleased with the grit we showed."

RVC was led with 16 points and 9 rebounds from sophomore Alec Pena. DeKalb native Jace Kitchen added 13 points. Dalton Menke (Winnebago, IL) contributed 12 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 steals. Malique Ross (Montgomery, IL) had 12 points and 5 assists while Guilford High School graduate Elijah Pappas added 11 points.
