M-Soccer: Tikson's Big Night Guides Golden Eagles
RVC Men's Soccer picked up their third win in as many tries against a NJCAA D1 opponent, this time, knocking off College of DuPage 3-2 in Rockford. The Golden Eagles were fueled by a hat trick from freshman forward
Brock Tikson.
"Tikson was impressive tonight. He scored his third goal of the match in the 13th minute," stated Head Men's Soccer Coach
Frank Horvat. "Although we started strong, we almost found a way to give it away. Credit to our guys, though; we found a way to get it done. We need to keep working on putting a compete 90 minutes of soccer together."
Rock Valley improves to 5-3-1 on the season while College of DuPage falls to 4-4-0.

The Golden Eagles travel to Triton College on Friday, September 23rd. RVC fell 4-2 to the Trojans in their first match-up this season back on August 31st. Kick off is set for 1 PM in River Grove, IL.
