W-Basketball: Golden Eagles Pick Up 2 Road Wins Over Weekend
Despite a 12-day break from their last game against Columbus State Community College, RVC Women's Basketball extended their winning streak to 7 games in picking up wins over Olive-Harvey College 84-33, and over Jackson College 47-43.
"We maximized our time away from games in a few ways," stated Head Women's Basketball Coach
Misty Opat. "We have some depth concerns right now so we were able to heal up a little bit. We were able to work on some areas of weakness. We were also to add some new identities to our offensive and defensive concepts. Overall, I am pleased with how we responded from the long break."
