Men's Soccer: RVC falls at Madison
The Golden Eagles men's soccer team traveled to Madison College on Friday and fell to the Wolfpack 2-1.
"Disappointing loss to say the least," head coach
Frank Horvat said. "We had several corner kicks in the first half that we did not convert and put one off the crossbar. We had many more opportunities to finish quality chances as well in both halves."
David Rebollar scored the lone goal for Rock Valley with an assist from Pifa Estrada.
"Give Madison a lot of credit for putting a quality game together and for finishing their scoring opportunities," Horvat concluded.
After playing three consecutive road games, RVC (2-2) plays at home on Wednesday vs. Milwaukee Area Technical College at 4:00 PM.
