Women's Soccer: Gelafio's three goals leads RVC to road victory at Triton
Rock Valley College traveled to River Grove, IL on Wednesday and walked away with a 4-0 victory over Triton College.
This is the 3rd shutout of the conference season for the
Carrie Barker led Golden Eagles. RVC improves their record to 4-1 on the season (4-0 N4C conference).
RVC had 15 total shots compared to Triton's 6 and had an advantage in corner kicks 10 to 3.
Sadey Jumapao scored the first goal of the game for RVC at the 18:16 mark of the first half. She was assisted by
Lexi Rios. In the second half
Aryanna Gelafio scored three goals (23:20, 10:30, 8:19) with assists credited to Jumapao and Estrada for two of the goals.
The Golden Eagles play on the road at South Suburban (South Holland, IL) on Friday with kick-off time scheduled for 4:00 PM.
