W-Basketball: Golden Eagles fall vs. Moberly, will play State Fair Saturday at 1:00
The Rock Valley College women's basketball team fell at the hands of NJCAA D1 Moberly Area Community College on the road on Friday night by the score of 78-69.
The Golden Eagles fall to 4-1 on the season while Moberly improves to 4-4 on the year.
"We grew up a lot as a young team tonight in our first true road test," head coach
Misty Opat stated. "Our free throws continue to be our achilles heel as we shot just 12-27 from the line tonight. Now we need to bounce back for day two against a very tough State Fair team."

Creighton Fed led the way for RVC scoring 21 points each.
Game time vs. State Fair CC (MO) is scheduled for 1:00 PM on Saturday in Moberly.
