Rock Valley v Lake County: Match Preview
 
In an odd twist to the schedule and weather suspensions, Rock Valley technically hasn't played their first official region match to open their division II era. The Golden Eagles will look to take advantage of Lake County's 4.33 goals-against-average and earn their fourth victory on the young season. RVC earned a 4-1 victory in East Moline against Black Hawk midweek but left multiple chances empty-handed.
 
Lake County returns to Rockford looking to find their first victory of the season. The Lancers are coming off a 2-1 loss to Oakton on Thursday afternoon in Des Plaines, Illinois.

Last Time Out The Golden Eagles defeated the Lancers 2-1 in Rockford. Despite outshooting CLC 32-7, RVC could only convert two goals from 22 shots on goal. Roberto Davila netted a goal in the 65^th and Omar Munoz scored in the 81^st before CLC cut the deficit in half with an 89^th minute penalty by Luis Loredo.
