Box Score 1 The Golden Eagles drop their first two N4C games of the year. After being off for 19 days, the Golden Eagles played 3 games in 5 days. RVC traveled to Madison, WI on Wednesday to battle the Wolfpack. In a back and forth game, the Golden Eagles fell by a final score of 61-54. RVC struggled to score from the floor only putting up 54 points, which was their second lowest total of the season. Malik Marshall turned in a 20pt performance for the Golden Eagles, connecting on 5 three pointers. Nick Pierson added 10pts and 6 rebounds, Chris Burnell chipped in 12pts and 4asts.

On Saturday, the men's team took on #12 Joliet JC. A game that was back and forth was ultimately decided in the final seconds. Both teams were locked at 44 at the break and tied at 85 with 2 seconds left. The Wolves got the best of the Golden Eagles at the buzzer, going on to win the game 87-85. In the loss Malik Marshall scored 23pts, grabbed 12rbs and dished out 6ast. Nick Pierson also scored 23pts on 11 of 15 shooting. Aleksa Markovic added 11pts and 7rbs in the effort.

The Golden Eagles are back at it this week with 3 more games. Tuesday at Home vs Harper College at 7pm, Thursday on the Road at MATC 8pm and Saturday at Home vs Illinois Valley 1pm.
